Service Terms

These terms govern all photography, drone videography, real estate imaging, inspection imagery, event documentation, editing, retouching, post-production, and related visual services provided by Boundless Photography And Drone Services INC.

Scope of Work

Services are delivered according to the written quote, invoice, approved proposal, or service agreement. Any work outside the approved scope may require a revised quote or additional fee.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers such as Stripe. Clients agree to pay the fees shown in their quote or invoice. A deposit or full payment may be required before scheduling, mobilization, or final file delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed license to use final delivered visual assets for the approved business purpose. Raw files, unedited files, working files, and editing presets are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Liability & Safety

Boundless may postpone, modify, or cancel any shoot if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, weather prevents responsible drone operation, or the requested work cannot be completed legally and professionally.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may be eligible for a refund of unused service fees.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to preparation, scheduling, travel, or administrative fees.
• If unsafe weather prevents drone operation, Boundless will offer rescheduling at no additional flight-rescheduling cost.
• Approved refunds are initiated promptly and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on Stripe and the issuing bank.
